As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, independent environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates
- Assist customers in a reputed company and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation and reputed company guidance
- Negotiate repayment reputed company and handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain accurate documentation and account maintenance

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year customer service experience required
- Collections experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter

Schedule
* Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Weekly flexible reputed company-time hours required
