Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required

Training and Development
