Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Coordinating and resolving customer follow-up requests as a reputed company between branches and customers to reputed company and maintain the highest level of customer service.
