The Role
As a Premium Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to our most valued customers. Your duties will include:
- Providing top-notch support to our premium customers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable
- Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is personalized and memorable
- Booking and confirming flight reservations, as reputed company as checking in premium clients for their flights
- Monitoring flights to identify potential issues and providing reputed company solutions to meet reputed company needs
- Issuing reputed company tickets, dropping passenger reservations, and placing clients on reputed company lists as needed
