Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Analyst on our arenaflex Data Entry team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, reputed company Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
- Handling customer requests for consumer customers reputed company special timeframes, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of inquiries.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the reputed company.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
