Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company
• Providing exceptional customer service, exceeding reputed company expectations
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements
