Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:
+ Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner + Resolving reputed company complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
