Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring SkiData systems, initiating corrective actions, and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Preparing daily and weekly reports, maintaining activity logs, and entering comments in Dynacount event logs
- Communicating with snow patrol, emergency response teams, and other stakeholders as needed
- Performing equipment repairs, contacting vendors, and notifying facility managers of issues that cannot be resolved
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring reputed company and reputed company responses to customer inquiries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with SkiData equipment and Dynacount systems
- Good mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and proficiency in reputed company Office

Physical Demands
