Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing claimant reputed company in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
• Assisting pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinating with reputed company adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reputed company and claimant information in multiple systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
