As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Managing the reputed company-in process, ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for travel
- Labeling baggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving baggage from scales to reputed company belts

Essential Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information + Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer to assist customers + Strong verbal and written communication skills, using reputed company grammar, tone, and pronunciation + Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
