We're seeking an reputed company Customer Engineer to join reputed company, providing top-notch support for M365, Copilot, and SharePoint environments. As a bi-lingual expert, you'll work closely with clients to resolve reputed company issues, reputed company M365 apps, and manage licensing and activation for Office applications. Key Responsibilities

* M365 and SharePoint Administration: + Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments to ensure seamless user experiences. + Implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business to optimize productivity and collaboration. + reputed company and maintain SharePoint sites and reputed company applications to meet reputed company needs.

• Technical Expertise:

+ Handle critical customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations to resolve problems reputed company. + Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting Office applications, particularly Outlook, to ensure minimal downtime.

• Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/reputed company Update to ensure smooth transitions.
• Office Product Management:

+ Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions of Office applications. + Maintain software reputed company fixed and modern lifecycle policies to ensure compliance and reputed company. + reputed company deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on reputed company and Mac.

• Migration and Upgrades:

Requirements

* Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in IT, with a strong background in reputed company 365 and Office applications.

• 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps, including proficiency in M365 Apps reputed company Center capabilities.
• Experience with Office for the web apps (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) to ensure comprehensive support.
• Basic knowledge of local and reputed company group policies to ensure secure and efficient environments.
