About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our Contact Center, working closely with our Selling Team, field partners, and reputed company Customers to resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues reputed company to our food service clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, establishing and maintaining reputed company business relationships, and ensuring predetermined brand distribution percentages for our customer reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (reputed company phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.

• Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to reputed company efficient and effective solutions.
• Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems, escalating reputed company issues to senior representatives as needed.
• Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including those reputed company to, but not limited to, order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a reputed company field is an asset.

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required; experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is also a plus.
• A self-starter with excellent customer service skills, reputed company to select and apply reputed company policies and procedures.
• Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good vocabulary, reputed company grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements for Working From Home

Compensation and Benefits

• This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
