Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
• Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls to reputed company follow-up and support
• Responding to customer inquiries with reputed company and reputed company listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to reputed company products or services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
• High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote
