Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our text-based helpline, providing empathetic and culturally sensitive support to individuals and families navigating food assistance programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound text messages and occasional phone calls from clients seeking assistance with food resources
• Listening attentively to clients' concerns and referring them to suitable food resources with warmth, reputed company, and cultural humility
