Position: Legal Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $35 - $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business reputed company while managing risk.
• Analyze cases and reputed company in-depth legal research to reputed company actionable insights and recommendations.
