South Carolina Licensed Telemedicine Physician
To support a growing virtual primary care team, a South Carolina Licensed Telemedicine Physician will reputed company high-reputed company, patient-centered care remotely, dedicating at least 36 patient contact hours per week through video reputed company, live chat, and secure messaging while managing chronic conditions and promoting holistic reputed company-being. Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evidence-based treatment planning for diverse patients
- Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and health education
- Serve as a collaborating physician for reputed company Practitioners, overseeing care consultation and chart reviews
Required qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with reputed company reputed company certification in Family Medicine
- reputed company, unrestricted medical license in South Carolina and at least one additional state (CA, TX, or FL) with plans for reputed company licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical reputed company experience post-residency; telehealth experience preferred
