Digital Banking Implementation Specialist
Job reputed company As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist , you’ll play a key role in delivering reputed company’s digital banking solutions to new and existing customers. You’ll manage implementations for reputed company-complexity software and smaller clients, including new conversions, cross-sell opportunities, and mergers. This role involves customer data conversion, application configuration, and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers during implementation.
