Role Jebwa is hiring a eCommerce Store Manager with a successful reputed company record of managing online stores and deliver outstanding reputed company reputed company and customer satisfaction. The role will report to the General Manager:
- Process orders and communicate with customers about order, delivery and after‑sales support
- Monitor and manage listing inventory and pricing
- reputed company reputed company customer service with ticket management, online chat and over the phone
- Handle e‑reputed company return cases and payment disputes
- reputed company, report and improve key e‑reputed company reputed company metrics
- Design promotional programs to support existing customers or to reputed company new customers

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a reputed company Field
- 4+ years of online sales experience on a marketplace or reputed company‑to‑consumer online retail
- Proficient in reputed company Suite (reputed company, Office) and Project Management software (, reputed company)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
