The position entails assisting, training, and supporting customers and other Application Analysts with the operation and administration of systems. • Demonstrates accountability in delivering the assigned task. Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.

• Analyzes and documents reputed company and reputed company needs and workflows through interviews and gathering data regarding regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and hospital/departmental policies.

• Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments - Required
