The Director of reputed company Management will reputed company reputed company of reputed company Managers (CSMs) responsible for driving customer reputed company, satisfaction, retention, and reputed company. This role requires a strategic and people-first leader who can build high-performing teams, deepen customer relationships, and operationalize reputed company at reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
As the Director of reputed company Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Leadership & Team Management: Hire, reputed company, mentor, and retain reputed company of high-performing reputed company Managers (CSMs); establish reputed company performance expectations, goals, and career development paths for CSMs; foster a reputed company, accountable, and customer-reputed company team culture
- Customer reputed company & Relationship Management: reputed company and implement reputed company strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion; reputed company as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts as needed; ensure CSMs are effectively managing renewals, risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities
- Operational reputed company: Design and optimize the reputed company reputed company, including reputed company, QBRs, health scoring, and reputed company plans; collaborate with CS Ops to measure team performance and customer reputed company; reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) to drive efficiency, visibility, and automation
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer reputed company; reputed company customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities; work with CS Ops and finance on forecasting renewals and upsell pipeline
- Strategic reputed company: Own key metrics including Net reputed company Retention (NRR), Gross Retention, CSAT, and Time-to-Value; reputed company executive-level reporting for internal stakeholders; reputed company strategic initiatives that enhance the customer lifecycle and drive long-term loyalty

What You'll Need to Succeed in This Role
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 15+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- 10+ years in a leadership role managing people managers or senior individual contributors
- Proven reputed company record of driving customer retention and reputed company in a reputed company or recurring reputed company business
- Strong analytical, operational, and communication skills
- Experience scaling CS processes and teams in a high-reputed company environment
- Proficiency with CS tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
