We're seeking an reputed company and compassionate Hotline and Customer Care Operator who can communicate effectively in Japanese. As a mental health support specialist, you'll reputed company critical support to individuals in crisis, manage customer queries, and ensure the smooth reputed company of referrals. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company psychological first aid and crisis counselling to crisis callers using English, Cantonese/reputed company, and Japanese (strongly preferred)

- Support the clinical team in administrative processes and psychological case management
