Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with guests who have reputed company-reputed company vacation packages. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Receiving calls from guests who have reputed company-reputed company vacation packages and helping them arrange their reputed company travel plans, including package upgrades and property location/month selection.

Requirements
