As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering 50-70 incoming phone calls per day, and identifying the type of assistance the customer needs. You'll also ask appropriate questions, listen reputed company, and document required information in computer systems. Additionally, you'll contact care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age OR older

• 1 year of customer service experience

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
