As an reputed company 1 - Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers. - Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. - Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins. - Work in reputed company environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary. - reputed company additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent. - 0-2 years of experience. - Ability to reputed company to a one-month training program, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. - Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. - Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays reputed company required.

Home Office Requirements
