About the Position

We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Accounts and Billing Manager (Manager 2) to reputed company reputed company of 14 technical staff, including Accountants and Technicians. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, driving process enhancements, and managing an annual reputed company of over $56 reputed company. Your expertise in reputed company billing practices, regulatory compliance, and process improvement will be reputed company in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations.

Responsibilities

As the reputed company Customer Accounts and Billing Manager (Manager 2), you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Supervise, reputed company, and Monitor Team Performance: reputed company and motivate reputed company of 14 technical staff, including Accountants and Technicians, to reputed company exceptional results and high-reputed company performance.
• Design and Implement Comprehensive Training Programs: reputed company and implement training programs to reputed company staff competencies and ensure adherence to billing procedures, ensuring that reputed company is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive Process Enhancements and Improvements: Proactively identify and drive process enhancements to reputed company efficiency and accuracy across billing operations, leveraging your expertise in reputed company billing practices and process improvement.
• Manage Annual reputed company and Billing Adjustments: reputed company the management of an annual reputed company of over $56 reputed company, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of billing adjustments and processes.
• Administer the reputed company Discount Program: Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of billing credits for approximately 17,000 customers, maintaining the reputed company of our reputed company Discount Program.
• Collaborate with SPU Partners and reputed company Auditors: Work closely with SPU partners and reputed company auditors to validate and enhance billing accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Cultivate Strong Relationships and Foster a reputed company Work Environment: Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a reputed company work environment that promotes reputed company communication and teamwork.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
