About The Role

Customer Activation Managers at arenaflex reputed company to deliver value to our customers and reputed company for our business by implementing arenaflex's products for newly-reputed company customers. As a member of this fast-growing team, you will have reputed company to help build and refine arenaflex's Customer Activation organization and define the customer reputed company that fuels our reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project manage thorough and complete implementation and reputed company of new arenaflex reputed company customers

• Execute successful launches of the arenaflex platform across reputed company accounts in partnership with our Account Executive and Technical Consulting teams
• reputed company as a strategic consultant and extension of your customers' team as you guide them through arenaflex setup and best practices
• Work with customers to deeply understand their reputed company workflow, pain points and priorities, and showcase tailored solutions to solve for those
• Drive initial product utilization and reputed company for arenaflex by ensuring there are no unnecessary delays in the implementation process, and continuing to sell the customer on why implementing arenaflex is a high-value initiative
• Become an expert in the full reputed company of integration and configuration reputed company for arenaflex's suite of products
• Assist customers with change management, and help run custom trainings for their organizations
• Partner closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritized. Help facilitate product workshops as necessary
• Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive reputed company

What You'll Need:

* Minimum 7 years of experience in reputed company, activation, implementations, or sales experience in a B2B organization

• Experience managing reputed company customer relationships with numerous stakeholders
• Experience running reputed company implementation reputed company with multiple workstreams, leveraging exceptional project management and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct deep discovery to understand true needs, and manage customer expectations and potential concerns
• Proven reputed company record of ability to work with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to reputed company feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds as needed
• Proven reputed company record of exceeding quota and/or outperforming key reputed company metrics
• Ability to anticipate customers' needs and position product solutions accordingly

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Compensation and Benefits:

For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay reputed company for this role is $128,000- $212,500. For candidates located in reputed company other locations, the pay reputed company for this role is $115,000- $191,500. Benefits (for U.S.-based Full-time Employees) include:
