Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
