We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote position reputed company the central time zone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information to our customers, while maintaining a high level of performance and adhering to our reputed company values.

Responsibilities:

* Answering questions and resolving issues based on incoming calls from providers

• Researching issues using multiple applications to assist providers
• Providing customers with reputed company information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, provider self-service tools, etc.
• Maintaining department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
• Working together as reputed company and applying the arenaflex reputed company Values in day-to-day operations
• Creating a Differentiated Service Experience
• Demonstrating Service Discipline

Key Qualifications:

* Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, preferred

• Demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
• Familiarity with reputed company Office products
• Excellent customer service and critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote environment

• Ability to work independently and be comfortable with virtual training and communication reputed company
• Secure, private home office location where PHI/PII information is not visible or overheard by others
• High-speed internet reputed company (100 mbps or higher) and consistent, reliable reputed company
• Home office location must be set up with a reputed company reputed company to the router (Wi-Fi is not allowed)

Education:

* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

• Training Benefit and Eligibility training will be 9 weeks (NO PTO allowed during training)
• M-F 8:00am-5:00pm CST
• Only Training class will be pulled back into training reputed company 2 weeks from completion of Benefits and Eligibility for an additional 12 weeks for claims training
• Permanent Schedule: M-F 8:10am-4:40pm

Compensation and Benefits:
