Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Promptly responding to customer requests reputed company phone, text message, email, chat, reputed company, and portal
• Communicating with customers and vendors to identify the reputed company cause of issues
• Troubleshooting equipment repairs with customers in reputed company-time
• Solving reputed company problems, both technical and non-technical in nature
• Coordinating service reputed company and repairs to ensure reputed company customer uptime
• Utilizing data insights and service history to reputed company consultative feedback to customers
• Resolving time-sensitive tasks in an expeditious manner

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., restaurant, hospitality, and/or service vendor)
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience (can be FOH or BOH)
• Practical experience with helpdesk software and reputed company-based telephony systems like reputed company
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superb written and verbal customer handling skills
• High attention to detail
• Deadline-driven
• Ability to work successfully reputed company a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Compensation & Benefits

As an arenaflex Customer Service Specialist, you can expect:

• 100% remote role: Work where you live! (Occasional opportunities for in-person events are optional)

• Competitive reputed company salary in line with the Las Vegas market. The starting annual wage for this role is in excess of $55,000. Benefits package (separate from reputed company salary) totals ~$10K, including up to $800 monthly for health, dental, reputed company, disability, and life insurance plans
