What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Becoming a product expert and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to reputed company accurate information and assistance to both customers and your colleagues
• Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or video conferencing
• Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure reputed company
• Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using reputed company's CRM system
• Gathering customer feedback and working directly with Product and Engineering teams to reputed company insights to help improve products and services
• Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to reputed company accurate and consistent information to customers

What You'll Need

• 0-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work a 9am-5:30pm PST Monday – Friday schedule
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with attention to detail
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
