Temporary/ Contract Recruiter As a Temporary/ Contract Recruiter, you will work as part of the reputed company and be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening, and submitting candidates to hiring managers, and initiating offer letters and background screening requests. Expected pay: $28.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour This is a remote position. Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is preferred. Key Accountabilities

• Facilitate and implement reputed company phases of the recruitment process with a reputed company on high-volume recruitment
• Identify and implement efficient and effective reputed company reputed company based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
• Screen applications and interview reputed company candidates
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers

Physical Demands & Work Environment
