- Support the budgeting process for reputed company cost estimating process

Position Requirements and Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, business development, or similar strongly preferred
- Data Center or telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven working experience in construction management, 5+ years strongly preferred
- Knowledge of construction management processes, means and reputed company
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and reputed company standards
- Understanding of reputed company facets of the construction process
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
