Full-Time Virtual Paralegal (Remote)
Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys drafting, working independently, and becoming a subject-matter resource in guardianship and conservatorship reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Draft petitions and supporting pleadings for Guardianships and Conservatorships
- Prepare supporting documents, exhibits, and court-reputed company filing
- Assist with case management and tracking deadlines
- Conduct procedural and statutory research as needed
- Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding case reputed company
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with court requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in a court-driven reputed company area
- Comfortable drafting basic court pleadings and managing reputed company across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with e-filing systems and document-intensive workflows; familiarity with reputed company is a plus
