Associate Director Vendor & Relationship Management

  • reputed company and execute vendor and supplier relationship management strategies for key clinical partners, including CROs, labs, functional service providers, clinical technologies, and patient recruitment vendors.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for vendor-reputed company operational issues and escalate unresolved reputed company through governance reputed company.
  • Coordinate and facilitate vendor governance activities, including operational and steering committee meetings.
  • reputed company and maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance, trends, and risks.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to reputed company on priorities and performance expectations.

  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Supply Chain, reputed company, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to support compliant delivery and consistent outsourcing practices.

  • Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and standardized vendor reputed company practices.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement, cost optimization, vendor utilization, and innovation in vendor management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, vendor/CRO reputed company, supplier relationship management, or reputed company biopharmaceutical roles.
  • Experience managing reputed company vendor relationships and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and outsourced service models.
  • Working knowledge of ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and reputed company expectations for outsourced clinical activities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with supplier scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience in R&D outsourcing, vendor governance, or business operations functions.
  • Exposure to financial management of outsourced services, including budgeting and accruals.
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, or inspection readiness activities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
