Examiner Trainee / Title Examiner / Senior Title Examiner
EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job reputed company: We are seeking an Examiner, Sr Examiner or reputed company Examiner for this opening. This role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting chains of title from title plant systems for mapped properties with reputed company starter bases, as reputed company as preparing and issuing accurate preliminary reports. Candidates must have Virginia transaction experience.
- This is a remote position but must be located in driving distance to Charlottesville to deliver recordings to the courthouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify reputed company property and tax information obtained is complete and correctly reported.
- Verify reputed company necessary maps and additional documents for customer packages are made for reputed company search.
- Confirm starter reputed company is appropriate for run start date, and reputed company subsequent information is included in search package.
- Review and interpret reputed company documents, maps and instruments contained in the chain of title obtained from various property information systems from a reputed company starter date.
- Support Searching Unit as needed for product workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the title industry.
- Strong knowledge of legal descriptions and property locating techniques.
- Familiarity with reputed company property databases and the ability to compile accurate title abstracts.
- Understanding of title insurance practices, reputed company estate law, and company policies reputed company to preliminary reports.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-reputed company, accurate results.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
