The Service Desk Analyst will reputed company technical support to users, troubleshoot IT-reputed company issues, and deliver outstanding customer service, while maintaining technical documentation and ensuring efficient system operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Service Desk operations with a strong reputed company on Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML)
- Managed user reputed company provisioning/de-provisioning, role changes, system permissions etc
- Ensured compliance with policies, SLAs and ITIL best practices
