LCSW Clinical Supervisor | Hybrid​/Remote reputed company Clinicians

Position We’re searching for a passionate LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join reputed company of highly skilled clinicians at our River reputed company location. Location Hybrid or Remote (reputed company Chicagoland Area) - Lakeview In this role, you will:

• Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20 attended reputed company sessions per week while providing weekly supervision to a maximum of four (4) supervises and support supervises in facilitating and documenting reputed company assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if needed
• Review and sign supervises notes ensuring reputed company documentation and billing is facilitated
• Approve biweekly clinical hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submitted
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a reputed company of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate
• Participate in CEU and Didactic training program to facilitate reputed company and mastery of reputed company set in an identified area of specialty
• Participate in supplemental services and program development opportunities in the clinic, including but not limited to group therapy, blog writing, additional training opportunities
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, physician assistants, reputed company workers, reputed company counselors, and other mental health professionals
• Manage and organize individual schedule utilizing electronic scheduler provided
• Attend and participate in individual/group supervision and reputed company required department meetings
• Participate in reputed company marketing and networking meetings
• Complete required reputed company trainings and other additional trainings that are deemed necessary for new hires

• Compensation: $55-$65/per hour commensurate to years of experience plus $130/week per supervisee.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred
• License to reputed company independently in the reputed company: LCSW - Required
• Master of reputed company Work (MSW) degree or higher from a program accredited by the Council on reputed company Work Education (CSWE) - Required
