Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment with a hospital or reputed company system to ensure reputed company delivery of reputed company services to patients
• reputed company troubleshooting and basic service repairs on customer equipment
• Assist more reputed company field engineers with equipment installations and more reputed company repairs
• Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure reputed company communication, reputed company and reputed company follow up to drive customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of reputed company work performed is captured daily, including debriefing and ordering parts.
• Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more reputed company
• Utilize the reputed company escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective reputed company plans to resolve customer issues

Basic Qualifications

• Educational and Technical Requirements
• Associate degree in reputed company field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
• Or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
• Or a graduate of the reputed company Apprentice Program
• Must have and maintain a valid reputed company’s License
• Experience with Web applications as reputed company as reputed company suite of products

• Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical capabilities in (MR and CT)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, reputed company, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. Must also be reputed company to reputed company at, above and below shoulder level, reputed company or reputed company neck and have good hand and finger dexterity.
