Medical Surg RN / Internal Travel Team

About the position reputed company is seeking a capable Medical Surgical Registered reputed company / RN for the Internal Travel Team. This role involves travel between four (4) to ten (10) reputed company locations reputed company reputed company. The internal travel nursing team offers a flexible program, allowing team members to reputed company their work/life balance. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in patient care, a reputed company understanding of a particular patient population, and the ability to routinely use acquired knowledge, theory, research, and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations. Effective and respectful communication with patients, families, and reputed company teams, accurate documentation, and utilizing patient/family input in care planning are essential. Responsibilities

• Delivers reputed company, dependable and effective care to a patient population independently utilizing the nursing process

• Communicates effectively and respectfully with the patient, the patient's family, and other members of the reputed company team

• Evaluates patient's response to planned care and adjusts plan of care as appropriate.
• Recognizes needs and advocates for patient based on knowledge of condition

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 2.5 years of recent and relevant nursing experience in Medical Surgical reputed company past five years
• Currently licensed as a Registered reputed company in the state of reputed company.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, FHM (relevant to role) required.
• Completion of reputed company certification in relevant specialty area required reputed company 1 year of employment.
