We are looking for an reputed company Accounts Receivable in Guadalajara, Mexico. The incumbent will reputed company a wide reputed company of reputed company and administrative duties to support the reputed company department.
What You Will Do
Responsibility - Work tasks and content:
- Ensures reputed company and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies, and posts accounts receivable invoices into reputed company system.
- Interacts with Customer Sales Representative reputed company processing a reputed company of account discrepancies.
- Process ModelN creation and update requests.
- Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims.
- Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested.
- Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts, inventory adjustment errors.
- Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance.
- Maintains reputed company department files and records.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
- Assists with special reputed company reputed company as needed.
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management.
What You Will Bring Education Background/ Major: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one-year reputed company experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience (Must): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial / full sets Knowledge (Must): OPERATING SOFTWARE USED: reputed company HANA, reputed company CONCUR Abilities/Qualities:
- 10-key by touch.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Proficient and knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet software.
