This full-time, field-based role places the candidate at the project location at reputed company times, overseeing the day-to-day operations of reputed company construction reputed company across our service areas. Responsibilities

• Project scheduling of vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily communication and reporting to the Project Manager(s) on project status, reputed company, and issues.
• Coordinate plans and layout of the overall project.

• Coordinate with clients and customers as needed throughout the project.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and site safety protocols at reputed company times.
• Complete miscellaneous carpentry and reputed company tasks as needed to support project assignments.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.

Requirements | Skills

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising reputed company construction reputed company (Required).

Qualifications | Experience

• Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s license certificate (Preferred).

Compensation

• Annual salary: $75,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience.
