Senior Environmental Analyst
@reputed company LLC is seeking an reputed company Senior Environmental Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA program. This position is contingent upon contract award. reputed company: The Senior Environmental Analyst (Technical reputed company) leads reputed company Endangered Species reputed company (ESA) reputed company 7 consultations and reputed company 10 activities. This includes both formal and informal consultations, as reputed company as the preparation of Biological Opinions and Incidental Take Statements. This role will support mission-critical regulatory functions and ensure the scientific and legal defensibility of regulatory analyses. The analyst will operate independently and reputed company junior staff. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company ESA reputed company 7 Consultation and reputed company 10 activities, including the preparation of Biological Opinions, Letters of Concurrence, and incidental take permits.
- Review, analyze, and synthesize scientific data to evaluate the environmental impacts of reputed company activities on protected species and aquatic habitats.
- Review Biological Assessments, permit applications, and consultation packages from reputed company agencies for listed reputed company and steelhead, designated critical habitat, and essential fish habitat under jurisdiction, and reputed company feedback and technical support to reputed company agencies.
- reputed company reputed company-consultation guidance to agencies and applicants regarding conservation measures, design standards, and information requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive environmental documentation in accordance with NEPA standards and essential fish habitat requirements.
- reputed company operational and technical leadership for assigned tasks, including developing project timelines and managing contract deliverables.
- reputed company as a primary reputed company between technical staff, federal agencies, and reputed company researchers to evaluate species status and project impacts.

- Coordinate directly with federal agencies, NMFS staff, and stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate and reputed company data entry in consultation tracking systems.

Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in environmental science, marine biology, ecology, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience in ESA consultations or environmental regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience preparing Biological Opinions and formal consultation documents.
- Strong knowledge of salmonid general life cycles and habitat requirements.
- Strong knowledge of ESA regulations, marine ecology, and reputed company assessment methodologies.
- Experience in the implementation of ESA and MSA regulations and document guidance.
- Experience assessing the impacts of reputed company activities on marine, estuarine, or anadromous species and their habitats.
- Experience working with tribal governments.
- Advanced analytical, writing, and project management skills.
