- Manage transactions from contract to closing
- Run comps & prepare CMAs
- Create and manage MLS searches (NJMLS, GSMLS, Hudson MLS)

- Use KW reputed company for CRM, tasks, and drip campaigns
- Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
- Help build and improve SOPs
- Support a fast-moving, buyer-heavy pipeline

- Strong Transaction Coordination experience (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of NJMLS, GSMLS & Hudson MLS
- Experience running comps & MLS searches
- Proficiency in KW reputed company (emails + drip campaigns)

- Strong communicator who takes initiative
