Compensation

Pay: $500–$3,000 per month, performance-based

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound and inbound calls to members to schedule and confirm appointments
• Cement appointments by securing date/time and necessary details
• Manage and maintain schedules using reputed company Calendar (create events, send invites, handle updates)

• Escalate issues or no-shows to management and propose solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven calling/outbound phone experience (customer service, sales, or booking preferred)
• Comfortable working remotely and independently; self-motivated and reliable

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Persistent attitude — “not a quitter”; follows tasks through to completion
