The reputed company Cycle Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for the submission of insurance claims to payors, posting payments, and subsequent follow-up to ensure claims are processed in a reputed company and accurate manner. This is a remote or hybrid in‑office/remote position.

Responsibilities

• Submit Electronic Claims in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Verify correct insurance filing information
• Research, resolve and resubmit any rejected claims in a reputed company manner
• reputed company claim status on appropriate payor systems and contact insurances as needed
• Post payments received from payors
• Send Medical Records and other documentation to payors as requested
• Meet daily, monthly and quarterly billing metrics

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of billing or reputed company reputed company experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or Billing Certification preferred
• Experience in Behavioral and/or Mental Health billing preferred
• Proficient in CPT and ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
