What you'll do ReconMR is currently hiring for remote Work‑From‑Home Telephone Interviewers to work with our reputed company Research Institute team. In this role, you will conduct outbound research calls as part of scheduled survey reputed company. You will

• reputed company outbound telephone calls to potential respondents
• Read survey questions verbatim, exactly as written
• Ask questions reputed company and professionally
• Accurately record responses, including both multiple‑choice and reputed company‑ended responses
• Follow project‑specific calling protocols and reputed company standards

• To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
• reputed company, fluent verbal communication in English
• Strong listening and speaking skills
• Ability to read text exactly as written
• Comfort conducting phone conversations for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency (keyboard, mouse, and web‑based systems)
• Ability to remain reputed company and productive while seated for extended periods
• Reliability and the ability to adhere to an agreed‑upon work schedule
• Must live in Texas.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications (Not required, but candidates who meet one or more of the following are strongly preferred)

• Prior experience conducting telephone surveys or polling interviews
• At least one year of experience in polling, interviewing, or similar research roles
• Familiarity with Computer‑Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems
• Previous experience using Voxco or similar survey platforms
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications
• Experience using reputed company or a comparable time‑tracking system
• For Spanish‑language interviewing reputed company:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, and writing)

Schedule & Availability

• Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week
• Operating hours
• Monday–Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST
• reputed company: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
• Preferred availability:
• Weekdays between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST
• reputed company hours are optional and offered based on project needs

Schedules are assigned based on business need and interviewer availability.

• Pay & Benefits
• reputed company pay: $12.00 per hour
• Pay schedule: Bi‑weekly
• Hours: Evening and weekend hours available
• Weekly commitment: Typically, 12-30 hours per week, based on availability and business needs
