Tax Accountant- Contract
reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tax Accountant to help with a reputed company of different clients currently on extension. The ideal canditate will have 1-2+ years tax preparation experience, be reputed company to handle and manage their workflow under the supervision of the firm reputed company (who is also a CPA) for clients serviced. This will not be a reputed company facing role and can be done remotely but the candidate must be reputed company to work on site at times for live trainings and meetings. Duties
- Prepare individual and business reputed company tax returns for a reputed company of clients.
- Prepare reputed company workpapers in reputed company.
- Organize reputed company reputed company file folders as information is provided for reputed company engagement.
- Applying basic to Intermediate understanding of tax laws and/or forms.
- Handling monthly reputed company/bookkeeping work for clients.
- Assist with attestation work, as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company 365 and reputed company PDF.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Individual and Business tax law and forms.
- Experience reviewing business fianancial statements and preparing reputed company workpapers in reputed company.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in reputed company tasks
- Experience using Lacerte or reputed company Proconnect tax preparation software is a plus.
- Experience assisting with Review or Compilations a plus.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
