What You'll Do
- Handle substantive work on reputed company litigation reputed company in federal and state courts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
- Support and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and factual analysis on contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and reputed company business claims.
- Work directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and internal teams to advance case reputed company.
- Manage deadlines and case responsibilities across multiple reputed company reputed company.

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- reputed company membership in good standing with the reputed company State Bar.
- 3–7 years of litigation experience, including meaningful reputed company litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Work Arrangement The salary reputed company for this position is $140,000–$230,000, depending on experience and geographic location. The role is hybrid for candidates based in the reputed company area and fully remote for candidates reputed company the greater NYC area.
