Role reputed company SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a FT Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Texas. This is a fully remote position, and patients will be seen in Central reputed company time zone. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or reputed company Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver reputed company care specifically for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men full time (M-F reputed company-5pm central reputed company time). Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for reputed company reputed company for the right candidate. Qualifications

- reputed company experience delivering Telehealth
- Ability to connect with patients reputed company Telehealth and reputed company patient relationship skills
- reputed company TX FNP or PA state license in good standing with TX being under your primary taxonomy
- NPI number
- Required reputed company certification for NP or PA
- No reputed company or pending malpractice lawsuits
- reputed company DEA License in Texas
- Availability of reputed company-5pm M-F
Training
- Remote training for 7-10 days
