[Remote] Residential Title Examiner

Responsibilities
- Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily reputed company or industrial property title
- Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
- Follows reputed company procedures and guidelines
- Understands how assigned duties relate to others reputed company reputed company and how reputed company integrates with reputed company teams
- Impacts own team through the reputed company of the support provided
- Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established reputed company
